Can you recreate a piece of jewellery seen on your website?

All of our pieces are unique. However, we can recreate a piece by special order depending on stone availability although all pieces will vary slightly. Please contact enquiries@lillyhastedt.com if you would like order an item.

May I order a bespoke piece?

Yes, we do arrange special commissions. Please email enquiries@lillyhastedt.com or come into one of our stores and let us know what type of piece you would like to create with which stones. Please note that bespoke pieces may take up to twelve weeks to be completed.

How long does it take to produce a bespoke piece?

The time to produce a bespoke piece will vary depending on the time it takes to source materials and the complexity of the design, as all our jewellery is hand crafted.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all order. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. Please do ensure you are at the assigned address at time of delivery.
